Please be in prayer for the victims of hurricane Irma. Especially the people in the Caribbean and also in the United States.

The Lord says it will definitely be coming to Florida. There will also be other hurricane that are going to come. The strength and magnitude of the hurricanes will be similar to Irma. They are also going to other states.

So also the tongue is a small part of the body, and yet it boasts of great things See how great a forest is set aflame by such a small fire!   James 3:5

There is a rage over the nation that must be changed. There is bloodshed and murder on the land. People are using their words to inflict damage and rage against others because of their skin color and it is unleashing a force of violence behind the storms and hurricanes.

We must repent. The words of destruction spoken over the country must be changed. The people must bond in unity. There must be a decision to work together. Greatness is built in unity. Not in the tethers of internal war.

Seek peace and well-being for the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf; for in its peace (well-being) you will have peace.  Jeremiah 29:7

First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be offered on behalf of all men.  For kings and all those in authority, so that we may lead tranquil and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity.  1 Timothy 2:1-2

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you.   Psalm 122:6

Therefore, O king, may my advice be pleasing to you: break away now from your sins by doing righteousness and from your iniquities by showing mercy to the poor, in case there may be a prolonging of your prosperity.   Daniel 4:22
